Lung Cu Flag Tower is a monumental flagpole standing proudly at Vietnam’s northernmost point, located in Dong Van District, Ha Giang. Perched on Dragon Mountain (Long Son) at nearly 1,470 meters above sea level, this landmark symbolizes national pride and offers sweeping views of mountainous terrain and remote villages near the Vietnam–China border.

Where is Lung Cu Flag Tower Located? 📍

Lung Cu is about:

  • 25 km north of Dong Van town
  • 170 km from Ha Giang City
  • Close to the border with China (but no crossing point here)

It’s typically visited on Day 2 or 3 of the Ha Giang Loop, often after exploring Dong Van Old Quarter.
