Night 0: Hanoi → Ha Giang (Overnight Bus)

- 8:00 PM: Meet-up at pickup point in Hanoi Old Quarter
- 8:30 PM: Depart by sleeper bus to Ha Giang
- 3:00 AM: Arrive in Ha Giang City — check-in at my homestay and rest before the tour starts
